Hello and welcome!

Welcome! My name is Christian Noble, and I have dedicated what feels like lifetimes to service, well-being, wellness, and healing.

I am a nationally MBLEX certified Massage Therapist licensed in New Jersey and California. Training and education were hands on, initially, boasting Eastern tradition and Philosophy while grounded in and with respect towards Western medical practice and advances. Over the course of more than twenty-five years, that combination has become an individual method utilizing knowledge blended with sensitive and intuitive touch. A non, cookie cutter, method of therapy has helped many clients alleviate issues both acute and chronic while feeling assisted in recovering, discovering, and maintaining a balance of mind, body, and spirit. In a few cases my wide and varied experience has aided in finding cause while offering understanding, relief, and support.

Whether increasing circulation, assisting flexibility with active and targeted stretching, finding some relief from a chronic condition, or just having some personal time to relax and truly rest; there are many reasons to come get a massage. I believe that our bodies and maintenance needs are as individual as our fingerprints. What makes a large difference is not only listening to but hearing what our bodies have to say and doing what we can for our optimal health and wellness. If that includes a referral to something or someone else, I will happily recommend professionals and treatments that may be more appropriate to your needs.
